We are honored to present lot 90, an exceptional GALLE "Vase aux ARUMS", conical top shape with flared neck, 1925, in blown and molded glass. This technique was perfected by the Établissements Gallé in 1924 for the presentation of these prestigious pieces at the 1925 Universal Exhibition.
Discover blown glass shapes by other great names from Lorraine's glassworks, including Daum, Legras, Muller, Schneider and Delatte.
Other more modern, international master glassmakers will also be featured, including Van Lith, Juliusz and Leloup, while
the sinuous movements of Romanian sculptor Matei Negréanu will captivate 118 buyers with this rare sculpture on the theme of "Space", a scroll composed of sandblasted, cold-assembled glass lamellae, considered one of the most accomplished of the series created in 1993
.
Moving on to the other side of the Atlantic with lots 94 and 95, two lovely vases by Louis Comfort Tiffany, born February 18, 1848 in New York, is one of the most famous American artists, known in particular for his works in tinted glass in the Art Nouveau style.
Californian master glassmaker Williams Morris, born in 1957, presents lot 120, a monumental vase signed and dated 1993, representing the Art of human origins, myths, ancestry and ancient civilizations

And finally, an exceptional Baccarat chandelier in lot 96 entitled "Mille Nuits" (A Thousand Nights), designed by Mathias, evokes the baroque refinement of Persian legends and the splendour of the palaces of the Arabian Nights. Among the crystal hexagons and prisms, the octagonal ruby-red tassel emblematic of Baccarat sways. The beautifully cut crystal accentuates the light diffusion and sparkle of the Mille Nuits chandelier.
