In Boulle marquetry of brown tortoiseshell and gilt brass, of violonné form with Bérain-style decoration. Rich ornamentation in gilt and chased bronze. White enameled dial with Roman and Arabic numerals "signed Antoine Bertrand - Paris". Antique movement signed on the plate: "Antoine Bertrand - Paris". Restoration for use and maintenance, suspension changed, overhaul to be expected. Some missing scales. 18th century.
