Exceptional Watches, Act 3 - The Finale

REGISTRATION OPEN / CLOSE ON 20.03.26 AFTER 16h PM

The Asset Management Office (BGA), acting as the government's agent for the management and sale of seized and confiscated property, is organizing the third and final installment of its series of luxury watch auctions. Following the sale of 150 luxury watches in June 2024 and 202 watches in March 2025, the BGA will this time be selling 180 luxury watches, also confiscated in connection with money laundering cases.

The public auction will take place on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Casino 2000 in Mondorf-les-Bains. Those wishing to participate in person must register in advance via the website www.lux-auction.com.

The sale will also be accessible online or by telephone, subject to prior registration. All practical details are available on the dedicated website.

A complete catalog of the watches for sale is available at www.saisiepenale.public.lu, along with other useful information to help you prepare for the auction. In line with previous sales, the watches can be viewed on site on March 17, 18, 19, and 20, 2026, according to a schedule defined after online registration. On the day of the sale, only photos of the watches will be presented.
To ensure a fair, transparent, and secure sale, the BGA has entrusted the organization of this event to a bailiff assisted by an auctioneer, as in previous sales.

All funds raised will be paid into the Fund for Combating Certain Forms of Crime, in line with the government's policy that “crime does not pay.”

This initiative illustrates Luxembourg's commitment to using confiscated assets to support projects and programs dedicated to fighting crime, transforming goods derived from illegal activities into resources that serve the public interest.

Those interested in the auction and wishing to obtain further information are invited to visit www.saisiepenale.public.lu

Free, confidential appraisal and valuation of your collectible watches by appointment during the exhibition.
